STEP 1
Take an A3 sized white paper. Draw flowers in four different sizes. Place an A3 sized OHP sheet on the drawing and outline it with 3D Glitter - Gold.
STEP 2
Similarly, draw the leaves on an A3 sized paper and outline it with 3D Glitter - Gold. Leave it to dry.
STEP 3
Paint the flower and the leaves in a shading effect using Water Based - Glass Colours - Tomato Red, Sea Blue, Pink and White. Refer to the image. Leave it to dry. After drying cut along the outlines of the flowers and the leaves.
STEP 4
Accentuate the veins of the leaves with 3D Glitter - Gold. Enhance the outline of the leaves by sticking few white ornamental stones and half cut pearls using Fabric Glue. Leave it to dry.
STEP 5
Take a foam sheet and cut out circles of 1” radius. Stick each circle using Fabric Glue in the centre of each of the flowers to get the whole arrangement in relief form. Also stick one foam circle with Fabric Glue towards the bottom / rear side of the flower to help it float. You can choose the colours for the flowers as per your choice and so accordingly make a choice of colour for the foam sheet. Enhance the flowers by sticking few white ornamental stones randomly on the petals with Fabric Glue. Your beautiful water rangoli design is ready for Diwali.
