Photoframe with flat surface, Small size balloons(Water balloons), Flower(optional), Fevikwik/Hot glue gun

Photo frame decorated with balloon.. Best for kids birthday gift..STEP 1
Take any photo frame that has flat surface border
STEP 2
Take small balloons that are usually water balloons of holi festival. Take handmade or any small flowers to decorate (optional)
STEP 3
Arrange the colorful balloons and flowers.. When you're satisfied with arrangements. Take Fevikwik or hot glue gun start sticking them.
