Ball - Bowl
You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01, Maroon 14, Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Pearl Metallic Gold 352, Fevicryl Mouldit, Fine Art Brushes, Plastic / Ceramic Bowl, Rolling Pin, Paper Cutter, Colour Palette, Water Container.

Here is a cute DIY where a trinket bowl has been given the shape of a cricket ball. Read more to learn how we made these.
STEP 1 : Mix Mouldit
• Take the Mouldit resin base and hardener; mix it thoroughly to make even dough.
STEP 2 : Rolling the dough
• Take the dough. Roll it to make medium thin slab using a rolling pin.
STEP 3 : Moulding the bowl
• Take a plastic or ceramic bowl of approximately 4 ½” diameter for moulding.
• Apply a little amount of talcum powder on the outer surface of the bowl and then place the rolled slab on it.
• Leave it till semi dry.
STEP 4 : Shaping the bowl
• Cut and remove the excess clay with a paper cutter.
• Let it dry completely.
STEP 5 : Make 2 bowls
• Make similar two bowls with Mouldit.
STEP 6 : Painting and finishing
• Take some dough, roll it to make the thin coil to border the bowls
• Stick the coil on the edge of the bowls using Fabric Glue. Let it dry.
• Paint the bowls using Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01 and Maroon 14.
• Leave it to dry.
• Draw any logo of the cricketing club (as per your choice) half on one bowl and the other half on another bowl using Acrylic Colour Pearl Metallic Gold 352.
• Let it dry completely.
