You Will Need:

Have some empty plastic bottles and don’t want to throw them away? Recycle them and make some quirky home décor like these cute dolls. Read more to learn how.STEP 1 : Source the base
• We are going to make dolls using plastic bottles. We have used 5 Fevi Gum Glue bottles for the same.
STEP 2 : Making the heads
• Take the old newspapers and crumple them to make balls to make the heads of the doll.
STEP 3 : Mixing Mouldit
• Take Mouldit resin base and hardener; mix it thoroughly to make even dough.
STEP 4 : Moulding the heads of the dolls
• Take the dough, roll it to make the medium thin slab with rolling pin. Let it get semi dry.
• Cover the news paper balls with the clay evenly.
STEP 5 : Assembly of the doll
• Stick the clay and news paper ball heads to the bottles using a little amount of Fabric Glue and clay.
• Let it dry.
STEP 6 : Painting the dolls
• Take some clay to make the scarfs for each doll. Attach the clay scarf on the neck line of the dolls with Fabric Glue. Let it dry.
• Paint the bottle dolls with facial expressions and the scarfs with few pastel shades using Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna, Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Lemon Yellow 11, Orange 17, Pink 18, Sap Green 21, Violet 25, White 27, Cerulean Blue 32, Deep Brilliant Purple 64, Coral Red 66, Greenery 67, Teal Blue 68 and Neon Pink 018.
• Leave it to dry.
