This mural depicts a house door, crafted on a stretched canvas sheet. The door is sculpted with clay, showcasing textures and details like a knocker, a small window, and intricate moldings. STEP 1 : Prepare & draw the base
  • We are going to make the house door mural using the old used canvas with Fevicryl Mouldit.
  • Take the old used canvas measuring 10” x 12” in size.
  • Paint the canvas with the coat of Fevicryl Acrylic Colour White 27.
  • Let it dry.
  • Draw the house door on it.
STEP 2 : Prepare the clay & build design
  • Take Fevicryl Mouldit resin and hardener, mix well to make dough even.
  • Take the corrugated sheet to make the base for the door, steps and the window to make it light weight.
  • Take the dough, roll it to make the slab.
  • Cover the corrugated structure with the slab using Fevicryl Fabric Glue and clay modelling tools.
  • Let it dry.

STEP 3 : Create the texture
  • We are making the texture of the wall using 3D outliner and tools.
  • Let it dry.

STEP 4 : Make clay planters
  • Take the Fevicryl Mouldit dough, make the planters using clay modelling tools.
  • Let it dry.
  • Refer to the image.
STEP 5 : Paint the house canvas
  • Paint the House door with Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Dark Brown 05, White 27 and Teal Blue 68.
  • Let it dry.
  • Refer to the image.
STEP 6 : Finishing touches
  • Paint the planters with appropriate Fevicryl Acrylic Colours.
  • Attach the wooden frame to the canvas to make the finished touches.
  • Stick the planters for the enhancement using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Let it dry.
