This is a project for the lovers of sea! A statement piece with ships and anchors to be used as hooks for keys, ties and more

STEP 1 : Source the base and cut it.
  • We are going to make the key holder with the ship and the anchor motifs using Mouldit.
  • We are going to place these clay ships on the plank which is little wavy in shape to depict the water wave.
  • Take the plank, cut it in to wavy shape like this.
  • Refer to the image.
STEP 2 : Make texture on the plank
  • Paint the plank with the wavy texture using 3 D Outliner White 27.
  • Let it dry.
STEP 3 : Mix Mouldit
  • Take the Mouldit resin base and hardener, mix it thoroughly to make even dough.
STEP 4 : Mould the ships with Mouldit
  • Take the dough to make the ships with mast with the clay using clay carving tools.
  • Let it dry.
  • Refer to the image.
STEP 5 : Make other elements
  • Take some clay to make the anchor, the buoy, the string with the fishes.
  • Stick the ships, the anchor for the hooks, the buoy, the strings with fishes on the wavy plank with little amount of the clay and Fabric Glue.
  • Let it dry.
STEP 6 : Paint the ships and the elements
  • Paint the ships with Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01, White 27, Cerulean Blue 32, Acrylic Colours Pearl White 301, Blue 305, Black 306, Golden Yellow 308, Cherry Red 316 and Orange 317.
  • Leave it to dry completely.
