You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours, Fevicol MR, Newspaper, Water Tissue paper, Foil paper(For Decoration)
Description :
This doll is made with paper pipes or staw and then applied tissue with Modge Podge to get a fabulous effect.STEP 1
First make thin pipes with newspapers
STEP 2
Then tie the pipes to give it a shape of the doll.
STEP 3
Apply tissue paper on it to give it a better texture and then colour it.
