You Will Need:

Fevicryl Acrylic Colour White 27, Neon Green 012, Fevicryl 3 D Outliner Red 701, White 707, Fevicryl 3 D Outliner – Pearl Metallic Gold 352, Fevicryl Water Based Glass Colour (Tomato Red), Fevicryl Mouldit, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Clay Carving Tools, Rolling Pin, Green Sequins, Red Beads, White Ornamental Stones, OHP Sheet, Scissors, Paper Cutter, Silver String, Colour Palette, Water Container.

Description :

Make some unique Christmas tree décor with Mouldit this season and what fun it will be to make some Christmas tree as ornaments. Put some lights inside and see them glow!

STEP 1 : Mix Mouldit

• We are going to make tree decorations with Mouldit. • Take the Mouldit resin base and hardener; mix it thoroughly to make even dough.

STEP 2 : Roll the dough

• Take the dough; roll it to make a medium thin slab with a rolling pin.

STEP 3 : Shape the cone

• Take an OHP sheet; fold it to make a cone shape out of it. • Take the slab and pierce the holes on it with the rear side of a pen cap.

STEP 4 : Make the cone

• Take the slab and shape it like the cone, secure the ends by sticking it with Fabric Glue. • Place the cone on the OHP cone to maintain the conical shape. • Attach the silver thread to the top of the cone. • Refer to the image.

STEP 5 : Make many

• Make such 4 cones of the clay. • Let it dry completely.

STEP 6 : Paint the cones

• Paint the cones with the base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27. • Let it dry. • Paint the cones with Acrylic Colour Neon Green 012. • Leave it to dry completely.

STEP 7 : Paint the design

• Paint the ornamental design around the circles on the cone with 3 D Outliner Red 701 White 707 and Pearl Metallic Gold 352. • Let it dry.

STEP 8 : Stick the embellishments

• Decorate the cones by sticking the Green Seqins, Red Beads and White Ornamental Stones embedding few with 3 D Outliner Pearl Metallic Gold 352 and few with Fabric Glue. • Let it dry.

STEP 9 : Make star shapes

• Take some clay roll it to make a slab with a rolling pin. • Mark and cut the star shapes out of it. • Let it dry.

STEP 10 : Sticking the star

• Paint the stars with Water Based Glass Colour Tomato Red. • Let it dry. • Stick the stars on the top side of each cone with Fabric Glue. • Leave it to dry.

STEP 11 : The ornaments are ready

• Your tree decorations are ready.
