Description :
Make a postersque canvas painting of Meenakshi Temple using Fevciryl 3D outliners to give the poster depth and a 3D feel.
STEP 1 : Drawing the design
• We are going to paint the Ancient Meenakshi temple in the style of a postcard on the canvas board.
• Take the canvas board measuring 12” x 16” in size.
• Draw the outline of the Ancient Meenakshi temple on it.
STEP 2 : Paint the background
• Paint the background of the temple in shading effect using Acrylic Colours Black 02, Lemon Yellow 11, Orange 17, White 27 and Sky Blue 63.
• Let it dry.
STEP 3 : Paint the structure
• Paint the structure of the temple with the watery effect base coat of Acrylic Colour Burnt Sienna 01 and Black 02.
• Let it dry.
STEP 4 : Outline the structure
• Paint the depth of the structure with 3 D Outliner Burnt Sienna 706 and Pearl Metallic Antique Gold. Leave it to dry completely.
• Write the word “Meenakshi Temple India” beside the temple with Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01.
• Let it dry.
