STEP 1 : Source the base
- We are going to paint the kettle inspired from the famous paintings of artist Jamini Roy.
- Take the plain kettle.
STEP 2 : Paint the base coat
- Paint the kettle with the base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27.
- Let it dry.
STEP 3 : Draw and transfer the design
- Take a3 white paper, draw the design based on the animals like cow, horse, cat and elephant along with the Alpona and kalamkari design border on it in the size of the periphery of the kettle.
- Trace the same design on the kettle with yellow carbon paper.
STEP 4 : Start painting the design
- Start painting the design with Acrylic colour Acrylic Colour Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Maroon 14, Sap Green 21 and White 27.
- Let it dry.
STEP 5 : Final Look
- Your final kettle will look like this.
