Description :

These painted bookmarks feature raised 3D outlines that add a tactile and visual dimension. The outlined areas are filled with vibrant glass colours, creating a stained-glass effect on paper. A unique and artistic way to mark your place in a book.

STEP 1 : Prepare the Base
  • Let’s make a unique bookmark with glass colours.
  • Take an OHP sheet and cut it into an ideal size of a bookmark.
  • Take the Fevicryl 3D Outliner Black 708 and outline your design.
STEP 2 : Fill the outline
  • Cut another OHP sheet of the same size and stick it at the back of the design sheet using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
  • Cut a White sheet in the size of the borders of the OHP Sheet and stick it using Fevicryl Fabric Glue. This gives the bookmark a framed look.
  • Take Fevicryl Glass Colours and fill in the design with any colour of your choice.
  • Spread it evenly to avoid any gaps or overspreading.
  • Let it dry.
STEP 3 : Attach the thread
  • Pick a hole at the end of the bookmark, attach a colourful thread and insert the beads inside the thread.
  • Tie a knot at the end of the thread to avoid beads from falling.
STEP 4 : Final Look
  • Here’s your unique and glossy bookmark all set to be used while you read.
