Flying Birds Decor For Republic Day

Make this amazing DIY décor on Republic Day. The birds celebrate the freedom that we have inherited due to sacrifices of our armed forces and freedom fighters. Through this DIY we salute our bravehearts.
STEP 1 : Mix Fevicryl Mouldit
- We are going to make the flying birds decor on the occasion of the Republic Day using embroidery ring and Mouldit for birds.
- Take the Mouldit resin base and hardener, mix it thoroughly to make even dough.
STEP 2 : Roll the dough
- Take the dough, roll it to make the medium thin slab with rolling pin.
STEP 3 : Mould the birds
- Let the slab get semi dry, mark and cut the outline of flying birds.
- Pierce the hole on top of the birds to dangle it on the ring.
STEP 4 : Paint the birds
- Paint the birds with shade of blue using Acrylic Colour Ultramarine Blue 23 and little amount of White 27.
- Let it dry.
STEP 5 : Take the ring
- Take the Embroider ring, we have used the inner side of the ring for the DIY.
STEP 6 : Paint the ring
- Paint the ring with Tri Colour using Acrylic Colours Orange 17 and Light Green 12.
- Let it dry completely.
STEP 7 : Make the base for the ring
- Take the clay to make the base stand for the ring.
- Paint the stand in Acrylic Colour White 27. Let it dry.
- Attach the ring to the base stand with a little amount of the clay and Fabric Glue.
- Let it dry.
STEP 8 : Assemble the birds
- Attach the birds to the ring with Tangoos thread.
STEP 9 : Finishing
- Paint the outline of the base using Acrylic Colour Ultramarine Blue 23 and little amount of White 27.
- Let it dry.
