It is Navratri time, time to have fun and frolic! Why should we not have fun with accessories too? Here is a beautiful DIY of bare foot jewellery which will enhance your look for the dandiya night.
• We are going to make the bare foot jewellery the Navaratri festival. • Take an A4 white paper draw two circles measuring approximately 2” and 1 ½” in size on it. Draw the ornamental floral design in the circles. • Take the piece of the canvas sheet and trace the same design on it with yellow carbon paper.
• Paint the design with Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01, Lemon Yellow 11, Cerulean Blue 32 and Sky Blue 63. • Let it dry.
• Enhance the circular design with 3 D Outliner Pearl Metallic Gold 352, 3 D Outliner Glitter Gold 401 and sticking few green red and white ornamental stones with Fabric Glue. Let it dry completely. • Make 2 more such circle designs.
• Take the Mouldit resin base and hardener; mix it thoroughly to make even dough.
• Take some clay to give the shape of tear drop. • Let it get semi dry. • Pierce the holes on the two opposite directions on the tear drop shape. • Let it dry.
• Paint and decorate the tear drop shape using Acrylic Colour Sky blue 63. • Let it dry.
• Stick few green red and white coloured ornamental stones with Fabric Glue and create a ring around the stone with 3 D Outliner Pearl Metallic Gold 352. • Let it dry.
• Attach the two circles, the tear drop shaped bead and few wooden beads with silver cord to make the bare foot jewellery like this. • Refer to the image.
