You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Black 02, Crimson 04, Golden Yellow 09, Light Green 12, White 27, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, 12” X 16” Fine Art Stretch Canvas, Hobby Ideas 5mm Multicolour Quilling Strips And Quilling Tool, Scissors, Pencil, Water Container, Colour Palette.

National Youth Day is celebrated in India on 12 January on the birthday of Swami Vivekananda. Here is an interesting quilling project which celebrates the young.
STEP 1
Take fine art stretch canvas measuring 12” x 16” in size.
Paint the canvas in the shade of light green made by mixing Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Golden Yellow 09, Light Green 12 and White 27 respectively.
STEP 2
Take painted canvas and draw paisley shape starting from the outer edge of the canvas towards the centre.
Refer to the image.
Stick the black colour quilling strips to bordered the paisley shape using fabric glue.
Take multicolour quilling strips, quilled them to make few basic shapes like tear drop, tight and loose coils, leaf shapes and spirals randomly.
Replicate the doodle art pattern inside the paisley by sticking these shapes using fabric glue.Let it dry.
STEP 3
Similarly make the paisley on the opposite side.
Write the message “ YOUNG FOREVER” in the centre of the canvas and paint it with Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Black 02.
Paint few spirals around the message with Acrylic Colour Crimson 04.
Outline the message with Golden Yellow 09 respectively.
Also make few small sized paisleys and stick them randomly around the message using fabric glue.
Your poster for youth day is ready to put on the walls.
