You Will Need:
Tea Coasters, “LOVE IN PARIS” Pattern Papers, Fevicol MR, Modge Podge, Fine Art Flat Brush, Fevicryl Acrylic Colours - Pearl Pink, Paper punch- Heart, Sponge, Embellishments, Scissors, Emery paper
Description :
Make a set of cute coasters for a nice romantic chai-chit-chat for Valentine’s Day!!STEP 1
Apply a coat of primer to the surface of the coaster.
STEP 2
Cut the “LOVE IN PARIS” pattern papers to the shape and size of the coasters.
STEP 3
Paste the “LOVE IN PARIS” pattern paper cut outs onto the coaster using Fevicol. Allow this to dry.
STEP 4
Using emery paper, smoothen out the edges.
STEP 5
Use Fevicol to stick embellishments on the sides of the coasters.
STEP 6
Prepare a stencil using the paper punch. This stencil needs to be used to dab Fevicryl Acrylic Paint- Pearl pink onto the coasters in a desired manner. Use a sponge to dab the paint. Refer to the image.
STEP 7
Once done, apply a coat of Modge Podge to the surface of the coasters. Allow this to dry. You can top this with varnish as well to seal the paint.
