Volume Decoupage - Lampshade - Step 2 | Hobbyideas

Take a floral printed volume decoupage sheet
Cut out the flowers, buds and the leaves from the sheet
To emboss the flowers, hold the flower cutout on the flame of the candle
Hold the flower about 1 and 1/2 inches away from the flame so as not to burn the flower as well as your hands or you may use a plucker instead
Once the flower is heated up, it will start becoming soft and would deform a bit
Place the flower at this soft stage, on the embossing pad and emboss it using an embossing tool
Emboss one petal at a time, you may need to repeatedly heat the flower to emboss it's different parts
Keep aside all the embossed flowers, leaves and buds
