STEP-1: Draw the design and paint the inner heart with pink colour using flat brush and leave it to dry. STEP-2: Now paint the outer heart with deep rose using flat brush and leave it to dry. STEP-3: Paint the arrow, two little hearts and letters with 3D gold glitter and leave it to dry. STEP-4: Paint the little roses with white colour using round brush and leave it dry. STEP-5: Now paint the leaves of the roses with green colour using round brush and leave it to dry. STEP-6: Finally put the dots on the borders of the hearts with 3D silver glitter and leave it to dry. Later stitch this painted cloth to the heart shaped pillow
