It is hand painting with Fevicryl Acrylic Colours, I applied multiple layers of Resin, which gave the effect of live fish in water..!!
It's very unique art for conservation of wild life and energy.

how to do it yourself

STEP 1:-

Paint the image with Acrylic colors and water in step by step till it gets proper thickness.
