Clay
Take some smooth natural clay and knead nicely using your hand.You can apply oil on your hand in order to avoid the clay sticking in your hand
STEP 2
Design
You can create your jewellery designs with your fingers or you can use mould (which is available in the market) to create the jewellery.
STEP 3
Impression
You can give impression using terracotta jewellery making tools or things such as bottle caps,needle,knife etc.It can also be handy in creating impression.
STEP 4
Drying
It is important that the jewellery is dry and hard before it is baked. A designed jewellery should be stored under room temperature for 2 days later in medium sunlight for 2 days and finally in direct sunlight for 2 more days.Your jewellery is ready for baking.
STEP 5
Baking
You can bake in pot method, you can use baking machine or give it to a potter
STEP 6
Colouring
Jewellery is coloured by Acrylic Colours. If u want to give a antique finish use Fevicryl Acrylic Colour - Gold.
