T-shirt painting

STEP 1:-

Trace the design on T-shirt. Start with lighter blue with Flat Brush using Dry brush technique. Paint in areas of Buddha face as shown in the picture.
Let it dry

STEP 2:-

After previous coats dries. Layer it with darker blue. Till you get the effect.
Layering of colour works best for a fine finish.
