Make Crepe paper flowers and leaves then paste them using Fevicol to the cardboard, attach a round hoop to hang the wreath.

you will need

Fevicol MR, 120 gsm thick paper, Scissor, Glue Gun, Satin ribbon flowers,cardboard sheet for making cardboard hoop.
