This is my 2nd quilling painting made with very little knowledge of quilling. It took around 8-9 hrs.
STEP 1
Draw the picture outline with a pencil.
STEP 2
Paint the face of Radha with Flesh Tint and Krishna with Cerulean Blue as shown in the picture.
STEP 3
Make the outlines with Quilling strips.
