You Will Need:
Decoupage round placemat, Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue, Quilling Strips, Slotted Quilling Tool, Glitter paper/Foam sheet, transparent or OHP Sheet.
Description :
Paper Quilling craftSTEP 1
Cut a glitter paper/foam according to the size of your choice of decoupage board frame. Make sure that you mark the area for picture to be placed and cut the paper/foam accordingly before sticking it.
STEP 2
Stick the glitter paper on the board using Fabric Glue, keeping a slit open for the picture to slide in and out. Stick a OHP or Transparent Sheet in the Picture cutout area.
STEP 3
Choose a peacock quilling design that fits your frame artistically and create the quilling designs.
STEP 4
Fill in the extra open areas within the feathers by using different shapes of quilling designs to give a fuller look.
You can then insert the desired photograph in it.
