Experince a whole new world of paper quilling craft techniques to create Quilled Durga Maa’s face.

STEP 1:-

Quilling Durga Face - Step 1 | Hobbyideas

Take a sheet of plain paper. Draw the simple outline of the face of Goddess Durga on it.
Take white card paper. Cut the paper in a size that measures 12" x 10".
Trace the face of Durga on the card paper with yellow carbon paper.

STEP 2:-

Outline the face of Durga by sticking and bordering it with quilling strips that are placed and arranged on their edges using Fevicol MR.
Leave it to dry.

STEP 3:-

First take the white coloured quilling strips. Make round loose quills for the face of Durga.
Secure the ends by sticking it with Fevicol MR.
Take gold and red coloured quilling strips.
Quill both coloured strips to make few round shapes.
Take both the coloured quilling strips to make few teardrop shapes in both big and small sizes.

STEP 4:-

First stick the round shaped white coloured quilled coils which we have made for the face of Durga using Fevicol MR.
Stick the round and teardrop shaped quilled coils of both the colours around the crown with Fevicol MR.
Leave it to dry.

STEP 5:-

Now for the facial features and other enhancements meant for the face of Durga, take the red and black card papers.
Draw and cut the nose with a nose ring, the eyes with the eyebrows, the lips and the bindi from the card papers.
Stick these facial features and enhancements appropriately with Fevicol MR.
Leave it to dry.
Enhance the face by studding white ornamental stones on the 3D Glitter – Gold.
Leave it to dry.
