Fevicryl Sunflower Kit, Liquid Embroidery White, Canvas sheet.
Description :
Pipli Art is an applique work, I have made this Jagannath Wall hanging using this technique on a canvas sheet.
STEP 1
Draw a freehand design of Pipli work Jagannath.
Fill different acrylic colors,than do the chain work with Liquid Embroidery White,
affix mirror chips with Liquid Embroidery.
