You can check out the art & craft products offered by us in the Catalogue section of the page. This DIY is mainly made using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours, Fevicryl 3D Outliner Colour, Fevicryl Modge Podge, Fine art brushes and wooden box.
 

STEP 1 : Painting the base of wooden box
• Take wooden box and paint it with light shade of pink and blue made by mixing Acrylic Colours Dark Green 06, White 27,Deep Brilliant Purple 64 and Teal Blue 68. • Let it dry.
STEP 2 : Making and Tracing the design
• Take an A4 white paper; draw the lotus flower with leaves in the size of the lid of the box on it. • Similarly make the border design of the cows from the traditional art form of Pichwai Painting, in the size of the walls of the box on the paper. • Trace the same design on the painted box with yellow carbon paper.
STEP 3 : Painting the design
• Paint the lotus and the cows with Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02, Dark Green 06, Light Green 12, Pink 18, White 27 and Teal Blue 68. • Leave it to dry completely.
STEP 4 : Doing Decoupage with Fevicryl Modge Podge
• Take the colour print out of the Lord Shreenathji. • Cut along the outlines of the printout neatly. • Stick the face of lord Shreenathji on the lid of the box in the centre with Modge Podge. Let it dry. • Apply 2 to 3 coats of glue and secure the cutout of the paper neatly. • Refer to the image.
STEP 5 : Enhancing the design
• Paint the simple lotus flowers in the centre of the cows with Acrylic Colour Pink 18 and Pearl Metallic Gold 352. • Enhance the jewellery of Lord Shreenathji with 3D Cone Outliner Non Sticky Pearl White 301 and Pearl Metallic Gold 352. Let it dry. • Paint the bells of the cows along with the golden running border bellow the feet of the cows with Acrylic Colour Pearl Metallic Gold 352. • Leave it to dry completely.
