You Will Need:

Fevicryl 3D Outliner Non Sticky Glitter – Gold 401, Quilling Strips, Quilling Tool, Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue Card Paper, A3 sized Blue card paper, Mount Board, Paper Cutter, Pencil, Ruler

Description :
This photoframe is a very good example to see how these simple flowers can be made using basic techniques of tight quilling, can add a touch of beauty to this otherwise plain looking photoframe
STEP 1
Draw and cut two 6”x 8” of a rectangle from a mount board Mark a 2” border for one rectangle and cut the inner window
STEP 2
Stick blue card paper on both the mount boards using Fevicol MR
STEP 3
Cut the card paper from the window as well
STEP 4
Take an OHP sheet and cut it in a 4”x 5” size Stick the OHP sheet to cover the window and to guard the photograph Stick both the rectangular parts of the frame with Fevicol MR, keeping the upper side open to insert the photograph
STEP 5
Take quilling strips of yellow color (or the color of your choice), quill the circle in tight quills and push it from the center to give a bell shape Take some green coloured strips and curve then into spirals Arrange and stick the spirals and the flowers in an arrangement of your choice using Fevicol MR Use Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner Non Sticky Glitter Gold 401 to make pollens and the border for the inner edge of the window
