By Hobby Ideas

Difficulty Level Intermediate

This simple dangler made from strips of paper, lace and flower can also be used as a lamp. Make it in big and small sizes and dangle them in clusters to make them look beautiful

how to do it yourself

STEP 1:-

Take handmade papers and cut them into 1 inch thickness and 8 inches as long strips
You will need about 12 to 15 such strips to make the dangler

STEP 2:-

Stick the lace in the centre of each strip using No Stitch Fabric Glue
Leave it to dry

STEP 3:-

Punch holes on both the ends of each strip

STEP 4:-

Take a thick thread and give a double knot on one end of the string using a bead and insert the flower into the thread
String the paper strips in the thread and arrange them into a floral shape maintaining an equal distance in between the strips
Stick the strips in the same arrangement where they overlap each other near the thread

STEP 5:-

Now give a thick knot at the distance of about 5 inches and string the other ends of the strips in the threads and stick them ovelapping each other
The strips will bulge and form a globular dangler
String a flower on top and few beads to give a final touch
