This jewellery box or the gift box is very easy and quick to make. You may gift some jewellery or few chocolates to your loved ones in this box that every one will love to own it as a keep sake  


how to do it yourself

STEP 1:-

Take a wooden box and colour it using Acrylic Colours Pearl Metallic - Gold
Leave it to dry
You may give two coats for even finish
You may use a brush for painting or sponge dab the colour for a textured effect

STEP 2:-

Take red card paper or gateway paper and draw squares measuring 1 and 1/2 inches in size
Cut the corners of the square rounded
Cut the squares spirally till the centre

STEP 3:-

Start rolling the spirally cut square from the outer side using a quilling tool to make roses
Stick the ends using No stitch Fabric Glue

STEP 4:-

You will need about 35 to 40 roses for the box

STEP 5:-

Draw and cut a heart shape from an A4 sized white paper in the size of the lid of the box
Trace the heart lightly on the lid
Arrange the roses in the heart shape drawn and stick half cut pearls using No stitch Fabric Glue to outline the heart

STEP 6:-

Stick half cut pearls using No stitch Fabric Glue along the base of the box as well
leave it to dry

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Pearl Metallic - Gold 352, Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Colour Palette, Decoupage Square Wooden Box, Quilling Tool Water Container, A4 Sized White Paper, A4 Sized Red Card Papers or Red Gateway Papers, Pencil, Scissors, Sponge , Half Cut Pearls
