Upload Your Own CreationsThis delicate cutwork designed paper makes a beautiful backdrop with a raised flower effect for the Ganesha. All that you need is paper, paper cutter and alot of patience.
Take an A4 sized white paper and draw flowers in three sizes big, medium and small
The bigger flower is of about 5 inches in diameter and the others smaller than that
Take full imperial sized orange coloured paper or the paper colour of your choice
Trace these flowers in repetition all over the paper using white or yellow carbon paper
Cut the petals of the flowers along their edges using a paper cutter
Turn the petals upwards to bring them into a raised effect
Cut out all the flowers, raise all the petals and stick a yellow backing paper using Fevicol MR
The backing paper will be seen from the raised petals and will add a second colour to the flowers giving it little more dimension.
This is how beautiful it looks when used as a backdrop for Ganesha
