| Best out of Waste Ideas > Others

By Pattie | Nicobar, Andaman And Nicobar Islands

Difficulty Level Beginner

Crafters have turned maps and globes into art and crafts projects that embrace the world, such as this glass platter with a map decoupaged onto the back which represents the home town of the recipient, as a one-of-a-kind gift.

Maps can tell a story about places you visited while on summer vacation, dream destinations, or bring back remembrances of your hometown or birthplace. With the design being decoupaged to the bottom of the plate, it is a perfect serving piece for an honorable spot in anyone’s home.
