Description :
A pretty and striking display of miniature ceramic pots in a meshed frame. I am very inspired by this piece of art. It's something that you can put hang on your kitchen wall, or dining space or could also gift it to someone who owns a restaurant. It would also be appreciated by one who loves to cook.
STEP 1
Take Shilpkar - resin base and hardener, mix it thoroughly to make an even dough.
STEP 2
Take the dough and divide it into small, medium and big sized balls. We are now going to create small, medium and big sized pots. Create the pots with the help of the rear side of the brush. You can use small and big sized brushes to create the inner sides of the pots. Make about 14 to 15 such small to big pots. Leave it to dry.
STEP 3
Paint the pots in a shading and marbling effect using Acrylic Colours - Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Dark Green 06, Light Green 12, Orange 17, Prussian Blue 19, Ultramarine Blue 23, White 27, Sky Blue 63 and Water Based - Glass Colours. Leave it to dry.
STEP 4
Take some dough, roll to make a slab. Leave it to semi dry. Take various sized household spoons to use them as shaping moulds from the clay slab. Create different textures on the hands of each spoon using clay carving tools
STEP 5
Paint the spoons using Acrylic Colours - Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Dark Green 06, Light Green 12, Orange 17, Prussian Blue 19, Ultramarine Blue 23, White 27, Sky Blue 63 and Water Based - Glass Colours. Leave it to dry.
STEP 6
Take the frame with the metal mesh. Paint the frame in a teal blue shade using Acrylic Colours - Dark Green 06, Prussian Blue 19 and White 27. Leave it to dry. Paint both metal frames.
STEP 7
Take the metal frames and stick the painted clay spoons on it using Fabric Glue. Leave it to dry.
STEP 8
Take the wooden frames and stick the painted pots on the inner edge of the frame using Fabric Glue. Leave it to dry.
STEP 9
Your 4 frames with clay pots and spoons are ready.
