how to do it yourself

STEP 1:-

Take Fevicryl Shilpkar, mix the resin base and hardener evenly to form even dough.
You may sprinkle little talcum powder on your hands to avoid sticking.

STEP 2:-

To make pendant, take Shilpkar dough and roll it thick and flat on a flat surface using rolling pin. Cut a circle using the biggest cap. Leave to set for 7-8 minutes.
Slit a ‘v’ shape at top with paper cutter. Take small piece of metal wire, make a loop and twist the ends. Apply Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue on the ends of metal wire and insert in the ‘v’ cut of the pendant.

STEP 3:-

Make inner circles by lightly pressing smaller caps.
Make dots and lines texture using toothpick and paper cutter.
Take Shilpkar dough and make small round balls of equal size. Stick these balls on the edge of the pendant using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue. Refer picture.
Leave to harden.

STEP 4:-

Similarly make a pair of earrings. Instead of ‘v’ cut and fixing metal wire, stick the earring clips behind the earring using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue.
Leave to harden.

STEP 5:-

Take a small piece or straw and roll little Shilpkar dough on it to make big beads, taking care that both the ends of the straw are seen and are unclogged to pass the thread later. Make total 4 such beads.
Leave to harden.

STEP 6:-

Paint the pendant and earrings using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Prussian Blue, Black and Fevicryl Pearl Metallic Colour- Gold.
Paint two big beads with Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Prussian Blue and remaining two beads using Fevicryl Pearl metallic Colour- Gold.

STEP 7:-

Pass the necklace thread from the big beads and pendant.

Fevicryl Shilpkar Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Black 02, Prussian Blue 19 Fevicryl Pearl Metallic Colour- Gold 352 Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue Fine Art Brushes. Talcum powder,Toothpick,Paper cutter,Thin straw,Bottle caps in 4 descending sizes- from large bottle cap to pen cap,Metal wire,Rolling pin (belan),Necklace string and beads,Earring clips.
