You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Pearl Metallic - Gold 352, Cerulean Blue 32, White 27, Crimson 04, Orange 17, Dark Brown 05, Fine Art Painting Brushes, Fine Art Canvas, Colour Palette Water Container, Transparent Sticking Tape, Toothbrush, Pencil, A4 sized White Paper and Scissor
Description :
These spray painted canvases are sure to remind you of your school memories, where spray painting was done using a toothbrush. These canvases can be painted in no time and they render an artistic and contemporary look. Match the colours to your home décor and voila they look fantastic
STEP 1
Take an 8” x 8” square paper
Fold it into half and again fold it to make a smaller square
STEP 2
Now fold the square into a triangle and draw the design on the paper.
STEP 3
Cut the design along its outline to make a paper cutout stencil
STEP 4
Take a fine art canvas and apply a base coat of light blue shade made by mixing Acrylic Colours - Cerulean Blue and White
Let it dry
STEP 5
Place the paper stencil firmly on the canvas and fix it using a transparent sticking tape
STEP 6
Take a toothbrush & dip it in Acrylic Colour Pearl Metallic - Gold & spray it around the paper cutout
STEP 7
Spray it dense at the edges of the stencil and lesser as you go outwards
Repeat the same process for the other canvas using Acrylic Colours - Crimson and White for the base coat and Orange for spray painting.
STEP 8
Remove the stencil once the colour has dried
STEP 9
You may also create your own designs in stencils to make more of these paintings
