You Will Need:

Fevicol MR, Colourful Crepe Papers, Needle and Thread, White Pearls, Pencil, Ruler, Scissors

Description :

This beautiful and easy paper garland is made from colourful crepe papers. You may make it longer to make it into a streamer. Decorate the Gudi with your own handmade garland to make the festival special. Happy crafting and a very Happy Gudi Padwa to all

STEP 1
Take orange, yellow and red crepe papers to make flowers for the garland. The height of the paper strips is about 4" in size and is as long as the width of the paper Cut strips of crepe papers from each colour
STEP 2
Cut the fringes from one edge of the long strip to make simple fringed flowers
STEP 3
Stick any two coloured fringed strips to make the two shaded flower Use Fevicol MR for sticking and let it dry
STEP 4
Take two coloured strips and roll them on a skewer stick to make it into a flower Secure the ends by sticking them with Fevicol MR Let it dry Make about 19 to 20 such flowers for the garland
STEP 5
Take a strip of green crepe paper measuring about 1" x 5 " in size and stick it towards the lower end of the flowers using Fevicol MR Let it dry
STEP 6
Take green coloured crepe paper, measure and cut the strips in 3" inches in height and the width as long as the paper Take a needle and a thread, string the green coloured crepe paper strips in a fan folding manner and twist it on the thread to depict the leaves String the pearls and the flowers through the thread in an arrangement to make a garland
STEP 7
Your beautiful garland made of crepe paper flowers with leaves is ready
