You Will Need:

Fevicryl Liquid Embroidery Glitter Silver 402, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Half A Meter Purple Coloured Polycot Fabric, Pink Coloured Pom –Poms, Incense Stick, Ornamental Stones ( Small Sized Round Shaped White And Pink Coloured, Pink Coloured Tear Drop Shaped), 1 Meter Silver Coloured Lace, A4 Sized White Paper, White Carbon Paper, Pencil, Scissors, Ruler.

This is a perfect project to make your neighbours go wow when you exchange Eid goodies during the festival. This roomal will surely earn you 5 stars for creativity. This is an ideal way to wish Ramadan Kareem to your friends and relatives while exchanging sweets on the occasion of Eid Festival.

STEP 1

Take an A4 sized white paper. Draw an ornamental floral design on it. Take half a meter polycot fabric. Mark and cut the fabric measuring 15” x 15” in size. Trace the same floral design in the centre of the fabric using white carbon paper.

STEP 2

Take the traced fabric piece. Stick the tear drop shaped pink coloured stones in the centre of the flower and small sized white coloured stones around to form the flower petals using fabric glue. Leave it to dry completely.

STEP 3

Similarly complete the design by sticking Small Sized Round Shaped White And Pink Coloured, Pink Coloured Tear Drop Shaped Ornamental Stones with fabric glue. Leave it to dry. Paint the jail design to the inner side of the design using Liquid Embroidery Glitter Silver 402. Let it dry.

STEP 4

Burn the design with the help of the incense stick to give the jail effect. Refer to the image.

The floral design will look like this at this stage.

Bordered the decorative fabric piece by sticking the silver coloured lace along with the pink coloured pom – poms using fabric glue. Leave it to dry. Your decorative fabric is ready to cover the tray of the sweets. A beautiful decorative fabric cover that can be used to cover sweets during the Eid Festival. A good way of wishing Eid Mubarak. You could use colours of your choice and it can be made bigger too.
