Dancing Peacock

You Will Need:

Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliners - Light Green704,Blue702,Burnt Sinna706,Whit707,Rangeela Students Colour, Fevicol MR, A4 sized thin coloured paper, Candy Stick, Craft Wire, String, Sponge, Pencil

Description :

This peacock is just made with simple fan folds with a spring attached to make it dance . You may keep it on your table or in the car to see it dancing  


 

STEP 1
Cut the candy stick into two halves and paint one with Rangeela Students’ Tempera Colour – Green
STEP 2
Fan fold an A4 sized paper horizontally, open the fan folds and draw some dots with Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliners - Light Green and Blue as shown in the picture. Let it dry
STEP 3
Draw a fish scale texture for the feathery body of the peacock with Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner – Light Green and the eyes and beak with Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliners - Light Green , White, and Burnt Sienna. Let it dry
STEP 4
Fan fold the paper again and fold it into equal halves to form the fan of the peacock
STEP 5
Stick the two free edges that are meeting in the center with Fevicol MR
STEP 6
Tie a green coloured string tightly to hold the center fold together
STEP 7
Stick the painted peacock on the fan fold just above the center fold
STEP 8
Wind a craft wire around the pencil to get the wire spring. Tie this wire spring at the center fold with a little extra for the peacock to dance
STEP 9
Stick it in your car or on your table with a small strip of paper using Fevicol MR
