Cover the empty tissue paper roll with crepe paper. Use Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue to stick. To make flower petals or leaves, cut small pieces of stocking wire. Wind the stocking wire around the bottle and twist the ends of wire. Remove the wire from bottle, you will get a loop. Stretch the nylon stocking over the loop and tie at the base where the wire is twisted. Shape as flower petal. Tie 3-5 petals to form a flower. Cover the exposed wire with green stem tape. Similarly make leaves. Fix the flowers and leaves on the tissue roll with green ribbon. Stick pearls to enhance.
