You Will Need:

Fevicryl 3D Outliners Glitters Non Sticky – Silver 402, Fevicryl Hobby Ideas Glass Colours Kit Water Based , Fevicol MR, Thick Coloured Card Paper, Floral Shaped – Craft Thick Coloured Card Paper, Floral Shaped – Craft Punches, A4 Sized Thin Papers In Assorted Colours, OHP Sheet, Pencil, Scissors, Satin Ribbon, Beads, Ornamental Stones

Description :

This colourful dangler can be hung in the balconies as a sun catcher or you may use it to dangle indoors
 

 

STEP 1
Measure and cut a circle with 5 inches diameter on an OHP sheet
STEP 2
Draw concentric circles at equal distances on an OHP cut out and outline the circles using 3D Outliners Glitter Silver Leave it to dry
STEP 3
Fill in the glass colours of you choice in the circles Leave it to dry
STEP 4
Measure and cut 2 circles of about 7 and 1/2 inches diameter from a thick coloured card paper
STEP 5
Cut a circular window in the centre of the thick card paper measuring 4 and 1/2 inches in diameter
STEP 6
Sandwich the coloured OHP sheet in between the two card papers and stick them with Fevicol MR
STEP 7
Punch two holes with a distance of 1 inch on the top of the paper circle Punch 3 holes on the bottom of the paper circle
STEP 8
Punch the flower shapes from the coloured paper and stick them on the edge of the circle using Fevicol MR Enhance the flowers using ornamental stones
STEP 9
String some beads in the satin ribbon and tie the ribbons in the three holes punched on the paper
STEP 10
Also make a loop with a satin ribbon for hanging, from the top two holes
