Earrings made with Shilpkar and 3D Neon Liners.STEP 1
Material Used
STEP 2
Take Shilpkar Resin Base and Hardener, mix them thoroughly to form an even dough. With the rolling pin, roll the dough in a thin strip as shown in the picture.
STEP 3
Cut it into equal rectangles and pierce holes
STEP 4
Let dry and paint it with black color
STEP 5
Scribble with 3D Neon Liners and make design of your choice
STEP 6
Attach jump rings and ear hooks once it dries and your Colour Pop earrings are ready to wear!!.
