You Will Need:

Fevicryl 3 D Outliner Non Sticky Glitter Gold 401, Fevicol MR, Half Imperial Sheet of Red Coloured Card Paper, Pencil, Golden Thread, Single Punch, Golden Coloured 7mm Quilling Strips, Golden Coloured Beads, Golden Coloured Tassels

Description :
The Chinese lantern has inspired artists and romantics across the globe. For such an ancient art, lanterns still have a way of lifting our spirits and causing hearts to soar. The most common Chinese lanterns are red, oval shaped, and decorated with red or golden tassels. Here we have just the project for you.
STEP 1
Take half imperial sheet of red coloured card paper. Draw a 6 petal flower on it.
STEP 2
Cut along the outlines of the flower. Make about 3 such flowers. Punch the holes at the end of each petal with single punch. Paint the outlines of each flower with 3 D Outliner Non Sticky Glitter Gold 401. Leave it to dry.
STEP 3
Take 7mm golden coloured quilling strips, roll the strip to make the ring and stick the ends with Fevicol MR. Let it dry.
STEP 4
Stick the rings in the centre of each flower with Fevicol MR. Also pierce the hole in the centre of each flower further to pass the thread for dangling.
STEP 5
Fold the flower in a ball by overlapping the petals. Pass the golden coloured thread through the ball along with the golden coloured bead. Also dangle the golden coloured tassel on the other end of the ball. Make three such ball danglers. Refer to the image. Suspend a bulb with a holder through the opening at the top of the lantern and decorate your area in a special way.
