Take a thick floral printed scrapbook paper
Draw and cut a rectangle measuring 2" x 6" in size
Take assorted green and yellow coloured quilling strips or you may choose the colours of your choice
Make loose quills in reducing sizes, the biggest loose quill is about 1" in diameter
The other loose quills are proportionately smaller in size
You may cut the quilling strips to make the smaller quills
Take a white quilling strip, fold and cut it into two equal parts
Roll it into loose quills for the eyes
Take a black quilling strip, fold and cut it into two equal parts
