Beautiful Black Butterfly

You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colour - Black 02, Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner - White 707, Red 701, Yellow 703, Light Green 704, Fevicry No Stitch Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Colour Palette. Pencil, Ruler, Scissors, Thick Paper Canvas, Flower Making Wire, Waste Fabric / Cotton For Stuffing, Water Container
Description :
This beautiful butterfly can be made in small and big sizes and can be mounted on the walls as a wall decoration.
STEP 1
Take 1/2 a meter of thick paper canvas
Paint the paper canvas with Fevicryl Acrylic Colour - Black
Let it dry
STEP 2
Cut 2 big wings (upper wings) of about 10 inches long and proportionately wide
Trace or draw two flowers and the leaves for the upper wings
STEP 3
The lower wings are slightly smaller than the upper wings and proportinately wide
Trace or draw one flower and the leaves for the upper wings
STEP 4
Cut an oval shape for the body of the butterfly and further give a slit measuring 1 and 1/2 inches approximately at the tail end
Give 3 small slits at the mouth end
Stick the canvas at the slits overlapping each other using No Stitch Fabric Glue to get the relief effect for the body of the butterfly
STEP 5
Cut the base in the shape of the body of the butterfly and stick the body on the base using No Stitch Fabric Glue
Leave the mouth end of the body open for stuffing of cotton or waste fabric
Leave it to dry
STEP 6
Give small slits on the two sides of the wings and stick them overlapping each other using No Stitch Fabric Glue
Paint the flowers and the leaves in a linear pattern with 3D Cone Outliner - Red, Yellow and Light Green as shown in the picture
Let it dry
STEP 7
Similarly cut the slits for the lower wings and colour it with 3D Cone Outliner - White, Yellow and Light Green as shown in the picture
Let it dry
STEP 8
Stuff the butterfly body with cotton or waste fabric
Make two antennas of the butterfly using a two flower making wires, insert them as shown in the image
Close the body by sticking the open edges with No Stitch Fabric Glue
STEP 9
Stick the wings to the body of the butterfly with No Stitch Fabric Glue
Let it dry
