how to do it yourself

STEP 1:-

Draw or trace the African design on the Fine Art Canvas.

STEP 2:-

To paint the background, mix Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue in Chrome Yellow and Crimson separately in a pallet. This would make the colours thick in consistency.
Paint the background with the thickened colours, forming a texture like knife painting technique. Refer picture.
Leave to dry completely.

STEP 3:-

Paint the African lady figures- dress, body and jewellery using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours- White, Black, Sky Blue, Light Green and Crimson.
Paint patterns in the dress with Fevicryl Acrylic Colours- Crimson and Light Green.
Paint the musical notes in the background using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour- Black.
Leave to dry.

Fine Art Canvas, Fevicryl Acrylic Colours- Crimson 04, Chrome Yellow 03, Sky Blue 63, Black 02, White 27, Light Green 12, Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Pallet, Design Carbon Paper, Pencil.
