You should use liquid embroidery as 3D outliners are meant for non fabrics. LE has more adherence and has less height as compared to 3D outliners.
Thankyou for the reply. But I still have one more question. One of my friends told me that liquid embroidery comes out after 3 or 4 washes. Is it true?
Yes it is, We would advice you to read the instructions given on the product before usage, Let your design dry completely and not to use any kind of washing brush over it.
yes, it is washable. i have a page on facebook Fabric paintings by Alyona. Please visit my page. I have posted tutorials with 3D outliners.

According to my knowledge - The Liquid Embroidery colours are fabric colours which come in a nozzled pack which makes it easy to draw a design of your choice faster as compared to doing actual embroidery.
LIQUID EMBROIDERY MEANS THE EMBROIDERY WHERE YOU USE LIQUID COLORS INSTEAD OF THREADS.
Hi Mam, You may stretch the fabric on any embroidery ring that you can get in big sizes to keep the fabric firm for painting Or you may also tape your fabric to the base surface(floor, table etc) using a prime tape to keep your fabric in place. In the latter case, place a plastic sheet beneath your fabric to avoid the colour to bleed on your work surface.
