Take an MDF board of the desired size and apply evenly a layer of homemade texture paste on it. Then using palette knife, create the desired texture, Allow it to dry completely.Very lightly sanding is done (using sand paper rub the textured surface) to remove any loose texture pieces and to make finishing of the surface smooth where ever needed.
A sketch is roughly drawn on the surface. Using Paper Mache Clay, a petal is made as per design.
A few more petals are made using Paper Mache Clay as per shapes in the design. The grooves are marked on each petal by a sharp pointed tool.
After making all the petals, center part is made using small ball of clay and then pricked randomly to get irregular look.
After drying, apply white emulsion ll over the surface including the flower.
Background texture surface is then painted using Light Blue, Dark Blue, Light Green and Dark Green acrylic colors
For the flower, first Orange color is applied as base color. When it dries thoroughly, highlights are painted with Yellow and White acrylic colors
Final touch ups are done where ever needed to get this kind of final finishing
