Painted the bag using Wet on Wet painting technique.
Materials required: Gada cloth(the size you want your bag to be), Fevicryl Soft Acrylic Colours, Spray bottle, Fine Art Brush, Design sheet, Carbon paper, any supporting frame, waste cloth.
Trace the design on the cloth using yellow carbon paper.
Spray water using the spray bottle on the cloth. Spray only in the area to be painted since water will dry out and the effect will appear blotchy.
Colour the design using Fevicryl Soft Colours as shown in the picture. There is no need to iron the cloth after the colour dries. Paint will tend to seep out of the original design since water will spread out. This can be covered up while painting the background. Outline with Black Colour.
To paint the background again spray water in the area that needs to be painted.
Let it dry completely and get your material stitched in a tote bag.
