STEP 1

Material Needed

STEP 2
Decoupage Beaded Tray - Step 2 | Hobbyideas

Cut wrapping paper to fit inside tray.
Apply one coat of modge podge to tray.
Press paper to modge podge while wet.
Push out bubbles or prick with a pin to smooth paper.

STEP 3

Apply a coat of modge podge over paper.
Apply second coat of modge podge in opposite direction.

STEP 4

Apply strips of tissue paper over the wrapping paper.

Apply strips of tissue paper over the wrapping paper.
Apply second coat of modge podge for a smooth satin finish.
Let dry completely.

Nail beads along sides of tray with heavy-duty straight pins.
