Decorate your pooja table with this table cover decorated with patch-work of sparkling flowers and leaves.

STEP 1

Take a green coloured fabric
Draw and cut a square measuring 20” x 20” in size

STEP 2

Take half a meter of paper canvas sheet

STEP 3

Draw and cut about 40 big petals of about 3" long and 28 medium sized petals of about 2" long to make 8 big and 4 small sized flowers and 12 buds

STEP 4

Paint the petals using Acrylic Sparkling Pearl Colours - Orange and Golden Yellow to give a shaded effect
Leave it to dry

Pleat or crumple the painted petals vertically to give it a natural look

STEP 6

To make the centre of the flower cut a paper canvas strip measuring 1” x 4” in size
You will need 12 such strips for 12 flowers

Colour the strips with Acrylic Sparkling Pearl Colours - Orange and Golden Yellow in a gradation
Leave it to dry

Cut small triangles from one edge
Leave it to dry

Roll it and stick the ends using No Stitch Fabric Glue

To make the leaves take a rectangular piece of paper canvas measuring 8” x 4” in size

Paint it using Acrylic Sparkling Pearl Colours - Golden Yellow and Golden Green in a gradation

STEP 12

Cut about 30 leaves from the coloured fabric

Fold the leaves in the centre and then further fold it in a slant fanfold manner

STEP 14

To make the flowers, stick the petals by overlapping one another

Stick about 9 to 10 leaves to complete the flower and then stick the central part of the flower using No stitch Fabric glue
Leave it to dry

Arrange and stick the flowers, buds and the leaves in the four corners of the square using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue
