Cut out a circle of desired diameter and divide it into 8 parts.

take aluminium can and cut it into shape of petals of three different sizes. Stick the petals on to the cardboard circle on the lines with larger petals on the outside and smallest inside. for center cut the aluminum can into small waves and stick. colour the cardboard with fevicryl black colour and stick the circle. Now on the margins draw some designs. Instead of cardboard, ply can be used for better durability
